2021 Timeline

July 12 – 23

From July 12 through 23, nominate a SilverSneakers member for this prestigious award.
Yes, you can even nominate yourself.

A nominee is someone with an inspiring story about the impact SilverSneakers has had on his or her life, and who encourages and motivates others to live a healthy, active lifestyle. For example, 2020 national winner Lloyd Black decided at age 90 to improve his personal fitness. He continues to work out at least three times a week, walking on the treadmill and doing strength training, always in his signature overalls. His dedication to improving his fitness has motivated other members to do the same. Lloyd says he’s motivated by his daddy, a man who never gave up. Obviously, Lloyd never gives up either!
